Extras:-

It is strongly advised to have a bath in specialised bath salts on the evening of an EE System experience.  Kirsty has specially created bath salts to  enhance the detoxification process. 
These are £6 each and can be purchased on the day.

There is an infrared sauna at £15pp which can be added to the experience if desired, please let us know if you would like to do this.

Please bring with you:-

• A Cushion
• Comfortable socks or slippers (shoes off at the door)
• Eye mask
• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothes/layers
• A light packed lunch to eat at the end of the experience
• A bathing costume and towel for the Sauna if desired
