A deeply nourishing evening for your face, nervous system & whole self.

This session takes place in our Energy Enhancement System space supporting nervous system regulation and integration throughout.

Beneath the skin of the face, lymph moves slowly just under the surface waiting for gentle rhythm to guide it home toward the jaw, the ears, the neck.

Fascia weaves everything together: skin, muscle, nerve — holding the memory of expression, tension, and rest.

When touch is slow and light,

lymph can drain,

fascia can soften,

and the face remembers ease.

What to Expect

This 2 hour mini retreat blends science-led Face Yoga, self-massage and fascia work with gentle Kundalini Yoga and breathwork for a full-system reset.

We begin with a short, guided Kundalini opening to:

• get energy and lymph moving

• gently wake the spine

• settle the nervous system

• prepare the face to truly soften

Then Sole leads a luxurious 1-hour-20-minute Face Yoga & Self-Massage journey, working deeply with facial lymph, fascia, anatomy and touch.
