We’re delighted to welcome the wonderful Elaine to Hummingbird Healing Fields on Tuesday 16th June where she'll be offering one-hour treatments of deeply restorative Shiatsu.

Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork therapy that works with pressure points, energy pathways and the nervous system to support balance, regulation and healing throughout the body. Elaine is a highly experienced practitioner with a deeply intuitive and compassionate approach. She’s passionate about creating the conditions for people to heal, soften and move forward in their lives with greater ease and vitality.

Sessions will take place within the beautiful nourishing environment of Hummingbird's scalar and bio-photonic light field and are £85 for a one-hour treatment.
